No. Clients book through your unique web link — it works on any phone, tablet, or computer. No app download, no account creation. Just pick a service, pick a time, verify their phone, done.
How much does it cost?
Lutily is free during the beta. When we introduce pricing, it will be a simple flat fee — no commission on your bookings, no per-staff charges, no marketplace upsells. We make money from the software, not from taking a cut of your work.
Do my clients need to create an account?
No. They just verify their phone number with a quick SMS code. No passwords, no profiles, no friction. Every booking has a real person behind it, without making your clients jump through hoops.
What SMS notifications do clients get?
Booking confirmation right away, a reminder 24 hours before, and another 2 hours before. All automatic. Your clients show up, you don't have to chase anyone.
Can clients reschedule or cancel?
